vb screen annotation enhancements

We have a vb based OCX that basically does a screen capture and projects a topmost form where the user can use their mouse and annotate on screen. Right clicking offers to change pen width and color and print. The app has a bug in saving these preferences you set to the registry for the next run or call. Also I want to add a feature to save the screen as annotated to the hard drive as a bmp or jpg (its already in a vb picture control). Thats it - my guess is 1-4 hours for a programmer.
