1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). Website Type: Corporate Site Number of pages: As much as required to cover each section (about 15-20 pages) Content: * A homepage * A navigation bar or other means for accessing various site sections * A unified look and feel incorporating the company logos, style sheets, and graphic images. (Preferably in Flash format) * An "about us" section with these: o A summary of company operations, history, and mission statement o A list of the company's products and services o A Store locator with directions/Map, Store Locations o A "people" section with biographical information on founders, members, and/or key, overview of the company's overall workforce. · An employment section where the company lists open positions and/or tells job seekers how to apply. · Contact information. Including a feedback form by which visitors may submit messages or suggestions. · FAQ page, explanation of how pawnshops work. Etc I wont same website for my company with just different information. [url removed, login to view] It should have 20 pages with different links connecting to different parts of the website. Very important, clients must be able to switch from English to Spanish with 1 click. And I wont to put virtual spoke person on all the Pages explaining how the business works.
