build a small website

i need a good designer to create a website design a webpage, that has a blog, a Home page, a FAQ page, and a good design. I am creating a website, its a social networking site that allows people to download the software as a desktop application. this site would just be used as a place to offer people information about what this site is about. it will also have a mailing list, similar to the one on this website. [login to view URL] There will a description of the project on the hompage, in bold, and also a projects page, where i will write what this project is about. with links to twitter, facebook. it wil not have much information, just the blog, a page called our idea, where i will write what this website is about. on the homepage, it will have the mailing list, links to facebook, twitter, and on the footer my e-mail address. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform it needs to be done as soon as possible, needs to have a very good design. you can use joomla or wordpress, but it needs to have a good design
