Design Craigslist Type Site Template

I am looking for a AWESOME Graphics Designer and Programmer to join our team. We are looking for a person to design a craigslist's type site TEMPLATE ONLY. We already have a awesome programmer doing the work, but he is having trouble designing our website, so we need you to doit for us. heres how it will work. You will be required to design every single page required for the site. you will also need to create each page into a simple HTML Page, driven by CSS for EVERY PAGE. Page will include but will NOT be limited to: Homepage Posting page View page. Message board page login page control panel for viewers and posters contact pages advertiser pages and maybe more. Once you design a page, you will be required to convert it to HTML with nice clean HTML coding and using CSS. (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT) You will be paid at the end of the project. At the end before payment will be made, you will be required to hand over all fonts, graphics, and layered PSD or whatever format you choose to make it in, files to me. We are looking for good and dedicated people only. This could lead to a long term position, as our American Based Company us looking for a graphic designer. ## Deliverables We can stress this enough. You will be required to take your PSD file and covert it CLEANLY to HTML with CSS. CUTTING the entire template into 50 boxes and putting it into HTML format is not "cleanly"
