Consultation on website design(repost)

We have Photoshop mockups of a site design that we would like an experienced web designer or creative professional to critique and also make improvements on. From the mockups and the provided text description, the candidate will need to help us improve both the conceptual layout (how different sections will be arranged) as well as the aesthetic layout (improvements to the template graphics). ## Deliverables Deliverables will be an updated template and layout structure that is suitable for handing off to a HTML programmer. We will require updated mockups for each page that looks different (see the enclosed files for what this means). This is mostly a design job, no coding, so candidates who have a strong sense of style would be ideal. Please provide us with references in sites you've worked on and what specifically your involvement was (complete design from 0, adjustments, coding). Attached are the current mockups as well as some reasoning behind the current layout and more detailed suggestions.
