Isometric Multiuser room - Similar to habbohotel.

We are looking to develop one multiuser isometric chat room similar to habbo hotel. The winning bidder will need to create both the client and server aspect of the project. Images and graphics will be provided by us. Client - Will need to be created in director and allow users to walk around the isometric room, chat with user and interact with set objects (i.e sit,grab a drink etc..) Users will need to also be able to select a total of 4 different avatars. Server - Needs to be coded in C++ with an easy to handle CMS allowing members of staff to * Add/Delete users * Set user priviledges (admin/normal user) * Open/Close room. * Ban / Kick / Alert Users Chat room will need to be able to hold upto 25 users at one time.
