We are experience rapid growth and need help staying organized and maintain client communications and customer relations. You will be required to monitor my email inbox and create to-do lists based on the emails I receive. Manage my calendar and send reminders of upcoming meetings and events Create Weekly Revenue reports for clients and myself Database data entry Order Supplies and other items for my office Maintain up to date communication logs Need a good looking, young female virtual assistant to assist with my busy schedule, tasks, basically my every need. Need help managing my calendar and email, generating customer invoices, compiling weekly reports, and data entry. Other various tasks as they come up as well.
