Short Term Rentals company looking for an marketing staff with real estate experience. Your duties will include: 1. Posting on Zillow, Facebook, Hotpads, [login to view URL], and other places. 2. Responding via email or phone call to potential guests and offering list of available apartments highlighting features. 3. Sending rental applications for confirmed or interested guests Anything else that needs to be done to advertise available units, and answer leads coming through. You will need to use your own facebook account. The ideal candidate will have real estate experience and will be detail oriented. In this position, you will work exclusively for our company and no other contracts or work outside of our company will be acceptable.
