Sketch Type Video with Voice Over

I need a very simple sketch type video with a voice over. The video will be based on a script (which I will provide) overviewing a sales process (i.e. person walks into sales office, sales person talks to client, then inputs information into computer, then creates report for all people who came in, then a manager presents report. After that portion of video. Another portion of video will show a person walking into sales office and the sales person talking to them and then immediately updating the computer (CRM) with information. Then automatic emails are sent with nice reports and the sales person can report on beautiful visual report. The video needs to review a manual sales/reporting process vs a auto/CRM/reporting process with nice charts and visuals. Approx. 1.5min-2min The budget on this is very low and can lead to more work with a solid company.
