I have been through your job description and I find myself capable enough to do avail this wonderful opportunity. I am saying this because I have 5 years of working experience as a Virtual Customer Service representative.I was providing customer service to that customer handling CRMS and things which I was being trained for. Therefore I am familiar with Zendesk, eDesk, Assana, comes and a few other software too.
I am also a Software Developer so if you would like me to learn a few other software too it will be quite easy for me to understand and start working on them in the least time.
I am capable of speaking in a proper English/American accent because we use to get English/American customers as well where I was working before. The best part is I am able to join as soon as possible and I am even looking for a long-term job and be a part of a team.

I do have a good internet connection with a machine which is fast enough to do multi-tasking so I hope you will consider my proposal.
