IPCore for ADS4246 using ZYNQ FPGA

I have extensive knowledge in digital design, FPGAs(mostly Xilinx) and VHDL. I have previously worked with Zynq and Zynq US+ dev kits ZC102, ZCU104 to be specific, plus several custom boards/systems.
