Create Events in Workflow Designer after a Lead is a Contact

We are a Solar Company selling Solar Systems to Residential Clients. In order for us to install after a sale we have follow the following steps. Running vTiger 6.1

We have purchased Workflow Designer extension as we believe it is better than the standard workflow within vtiger 6.1

Until a customer buys our system they are in the Lead Section. After they buy they are converted into the Contacts section. We don’t use opportunities etc sections. We only sell to Residential people.

What we need is a methodology where the below steps are created so that they can be followed: If possible we would like - If step is created then completed then only step two shows up. Step 3 has sub steps can be created all at once and until step three is deemed complete Step 4 does not show up. Sounds confusing? Let's discuss... All the steps are actions that need to be taken by our office after a sale.

1 Upload Sale Documents ( Sale Contract, Meter Box Photo, Roof Map )

2 Welcome Call – Telephone Call from our office

3 Pre-Site Inspection – A task that is allocated to one of our Inspectors

3.2 Send Relevant Documents to allocated Inspector – This is done by email

3.3 Confirm Receipt of Pre-Site Inspection Report.

4 Meter Application

5 Meter Approval

6 Pre Install Check

6.1 Deposit

6.2 Roof Specs

6.3 Check System (Panels/Inverter)

6.4 Customer Installation dates from sales Quote

7 Allocate Installation

7.1 Job List for installer/Installer Availability

7.2 Order sheet for supplier
