To be considered please respond to the points raised at the bottom of this description.
I need someone who is an expert in analysing data and UX to look over the Hotjar and Google Analytics for an information/commerce website, and to provide me with a report of learnings and observations of sanitised data to aid in UX improvements.
The report wont just guide the architecture. So I need more detail than 'most people don't see this button, move it higher'. Although those sorts of observations are also required. But more depth. This requires someone with good UX understanding: architecture, Taxonomy, nomenclature, User Journeys.
The report will form the foundation of a guide of UX changes and therefore this requires someone who can rapidly look over these platforms and translate the data in to sensible documented learnings.
To be considered please provide:
- clear evidence / description of your experience with Google Analytics and Hotjar.
- A list of the type of learnings you would hope to discover (or an example of similar reports you have created).
- Obviously both platforms provide a lot of data. How will you go about sanitising the data to find the most important? What sort of things will you be looking for? What do you hope those things will tell you?
- How do you plan on delivering the report. what file format? Will there be sections clearly labelled? What sections do you imagine might be included (subject to change once you log in and see what else might be needed).
