Merge VUEJS/Vuetify/Javascript Template to VueJS/Vuetify & TypeScript Frontend (Backend Provided) -- 6

Goal is to merge a current frontend Vuetfiy in TypeScript (backend built in Python3 & Docker, provided) with a Professional Template currently built in Javascript and have to be upgrade to TypeScript. All functions are not totally built on back-side but all the template need to be moved in TypeScript to allow us to integrate fully backend to frontend on next future. To build the backend (docker is needed), you just need to do docker-compose up -d at the project root.
