Call center with twilio flex

Project: Twilio Flex I am a new franchisor who must offer a call center to manage the receptions calls my franchisees from their customers. I use OctopusPro (a fields service management system). I have an assigned phone number from Twilio used by OctopusPro to integrate calls and sms into their system. OctopusPro allows you to use only one phone number. So I have to manage incoming calls from 5-10 other different Twilio phone numbers that are assigned my franchisees. I want to be able to answer all calls and identify the number dialed by customers and or redirect the call to another phone number that I will select from a directory. I have to set up a massage center accessible to all I want to have activity reports for each of his numbers.
