Translate Something

Dear Upworkers, Yayatori is on the lookout for motivated, entrepreneurial-minded and excellent translators to join a community owned translation company. Instead of working with agencies who "use" your talents for low prices and unpredictable timeframe, you could work with a new age company where only the best translators will be selected as partners in the team, rather than workers. We are a six-month old company operating mainly in the space of finance and e-commerce and as we are striving to expand our business operations in other sectors, we are excited to invite new translators in our team. Over the course of next month, we will be interviewing translators across various languages and will assign projects right away via Upwork. Each translator will be given a timeframe for progress and will be evaluated each month. The different tiers of progress will determine the payout, bonus and equity assigned to each translator at the end of every review period (12 months) This community driven company will leverage the competency of translators beyond translation skills and will put them forward to drive better work and quality with exciting projects from Yayatori. We are now inviting applications for German translations.
