I worked in a project for a year which I had to make subtitles for Youtube videos. There were 4 videos per month. So, at the end, I had produced 48 subtitles. This video is not so different and taking advantage of having lived with Indian people for more than a year, I believe that I will handle it well.

Just over an hour of transcription, at what seems to be a relatively normal speech rate? I should be able to do that in around two hours of work. I've bid two days, rather than one, for completion only to provide room for slippage in case I've miscalculated; I expect to be finished faster.
