We are the leading provider of construction permits in Sweden. We deliver about 300 permits a year. We have our office in Stockholm, the capital of Scandinavia. This job is for you who can deliver excellent work and don’t want to worry about getting more clients. Please note that this job is a full time commitment and we are looking for a long-term partnership. DUTIES For each project, you will get a project map including project description and project basis As an architect and structrual engineer your duties will be providing us 3-10 drawings according to Swedish standards (according to instructions provided) NEXT STEP Please send me some examples of projects you have done that you are really satisfied with. Please also make sure that our budgets for this full-time work suits you (Here are the budgets for different projects: [login to view URL] ) If we think that you are relevant to the position, we will give you your first project to work with.

Hi, Reading such a description which calls me is so exciting! I have done many similar tasks as you need. The only difference is that I realized other projects for the UK, not for Sweden. I've mastered the local building regulations in the UK. But in a short time, I can get used to your local official regulations since I know the issues we have to deal during obtaining permits. I can imagine which kind of problems we may face. Also I can share my previous projects with you. Modeling the whole project, preparing of the layouts which they need are not complex tasks for me.
