Designing Hotel site Plan and Floor Plans in details 2D & 3D

Time frame is not in hurry but budget is limited. Budget is Limited I have attached the land measurement and site position draft. I am looking for Hotel site planning, Layout planning, Architecture, Structural Designing, Floor planning, exterior & Interior Design, landscaping etc. Fitting and furniture should be planned in each type of rooms. Then produce in 2D and 3D modeling & rendering, 3D virtual design, 3D walk-through and Animation in 3ds max with vray for each type of room on each floor. The project is for - Planning the landscape and mapping of the site as attached file. - Planning the Hotel site on the landscape of 197’ x 166’ - Planning the each floor plan of the hotel site. Floor plan would be L-shape floor plan on the landscape of 197’ x 166’. Design 7 levels Hotel building with 2 lift service and access to stair case at each side - Space allocation on each floor Hotel Building will have L-shape floor plan which will have 7 Levels ( Underground , Ground, 1st Floor, 2nd Floor, 3rd Floor, 4th Floor and 5th Floor ). Please be advised that this is draft idea of floor plan and could be changed according to the space allocation. Floor plan as below: 1) Underground : car parks for 120-150 and building maintenance office space. Underground car park space could be extended to the whole landscape of 197’x166’ as necessary. 2) Ground Floor will have Lobby / reception / Admin rooms / Offices / mini market / Kitchens / restaurant for 100 guests / coffee bar 100 guests / Function room for 300 guests / 2 Meeting rooms for 30 people 3) 1st Floor / 2nd Floor / 3rd Floor ( 40 guest rooms for each floor and Housing keeping room ) 4) 4th Floor ( 1 Bed apartment and 2 Beds apartments and Housing keeping room ) 5) 5th Floor ( Management offices / Gyms / Spa / Beauty and Housing keeping room) I might missed some of the rooms in floor plan. Advised are welcome After the project is completed and satisfied, i would need soft copy of original the DWG file and 3D file for local architecture to do further amendment for Structural Designing for building permit application, built drawings, constructions drawings, Cost Estimates, further Interior designing.
