Design of cufflinks

We are searching for a jewelry designer that can make digital prototypes of cufflinks that we will send to our factory. It doesn't have to be 3D as long as the sketch is detailed enough for the factory not to misunderstand and so that we can visualize the finished product. We plan to do at least 10 designs, but for now the job is to design one pair of cufflinks. We prefer an in individual over company and you need to have experience with jewelry design. So we need to see previous relevant work. Also, we prefer giving brief instructions so that the designer can use artistic freedom to make the product even better than we imagined. This first project is to make a pair of elegant cufflinks of the Norwegian flag. See the pendant in the image attachment for inspiration. Hopefully, you already know (or Google) what is trendy in Scandinavia. You should probably look into a known Scandinavian brand. If you need to use other materials than silver only, then "black color" and maybe a zircon could be acceptable. But it would be evenbetter if you managed something elegant without this. Please don't overbid your market price, but make a fair offer.
