hi, I need someone who can design for me on solidworks a lower descender The product will basically CONTROL the descent of the items; the basic notion is that a loop of chain hangs from a chainwheel at a high level and buckets, tools, materials etc can be hooked on to the chain and descend to the ground at a sensible speed.
