Create and animate HUD/GUI Elements

Looking for somebody to create a HUD/User Interface kit. See the following for examples... Ideally you will have experience of designing HUDs and futuristic user interfaces/operating systems, and will have examples that you can show. Id like this to be created entirely in After Effects from shape layers and solids, so that all elements can be resized as required. The other option would be to have assets created in Illustrator and then imported into After Effects for animation. If you're just a designer but not an animator, or the other way around, I'd consider hiring two people to achieve this. Or I might be able to handle the animation myself if I have layered assets that can be animated independently. Looking for something that wouldn't look out of place on a spaceship bridge or a military control centre. Something modern, clean, hi-tec, futuristic. Maybe with a hint of sci-fi... so planetary scans, navigation, radar, health scans, reticules, video display frames, maps, energy bars, charge indicators, weapons armed, speed, graphs, charts, proximity alerts, flight paths etc. Basically a kit where you can pull out and with a little bit of customisation, maybe just changing the text, you can have a graphical element which will illustrate what's going on. I appreciate the requirements are a bit 'woolly' at the moment, but I'm hoping to get an idea of what I can get for $X and then I can decide exactly how many elements I need and what those elements will be.... and you can give me a firmer price. This is a personal project so I don't have a specific budget in place. Definitely can't go any more than $1500 though. $750 to $1000 would be better, but I appreciate there is a lot of work involved. Rather than up my budget, I'd be happy to go for a smaller pack if that helps. So whereas the VideoHive packs have up to 1100 elements, maybe we could keep it to 100 to 200 elements instead. So please submit a proposal based on designing and animating 100 elements of a similar level of quality and complexity to the packs linked to above. Needs to be custom work, no templates or third party assets. Thanks!
