Create Unity Animated 3d Models for Game

I need a graphic designer to create 3 different cute monsters. I need each of those 3 models to be in 5 generally different colors that I will specify. So a total of 15 monsters. I am not sure if this is possible but I need their eyes to glow or not be affected by darkness so we can see their eyes in pitch black. I need the following animations for each monster.
-Walk
-Run
-Attack
-Die
-Idle
I also need a 3D cartoon boy in pajamas. Caucasian. Need the follow animations.
-Laying down
-Sit up
-Stand Idle
-Throw
