Create an Animation

Good Morning
I require some animations for a game I'm working on.
Requirements:
1. The animations must be for a standard humanoid armature and easily work on any humanoid character in Unity3d.
2. All animations must be neatly named as specified bellow in blender’s dope sheet action editor.
3. The animations should look very natural.
4. I must have full copyright on the animations so I have the freedom to include it in packages of my own and share with the development community should I wish to in the future.
Animations:
Idle (Do nothing just stand and look around)
Run:
animRunForward
animRunForwardRight
animRunRight (Strafe Right)
animRunBackwardsRight
animRunBackwards
animRunBackwardsLeft
animRunLeft (Strafe Left)
Cripple:
animCrippleForward
animCrippleForwardRight
animCrippleRight (Strafe Right)
animCrippleBackwardsRight
animCrippleBackwards
animCrippleBackwardsLeft
animCrippleLeft (Strafe Left)
Once the project is completed I would like to build on this collection and add Flying etc. I look forward to working with you again in the future.
I should probably also mention that the game is a third person shooter. A good example of the running animations is Counter Strike Global Offensive. It should still be a full body animation,I mask the upper body myself.
