Animation needs to be created

Hi. Looking for animators! Goal is to create a good looking, high quality animation that explains what is emotional intelligence and why is it so important. Content of the animation comes from us, we have a text that will be as voice over and animation will be the illustration of the VO text. We are a team of educators that have created an Emotional Intelligence program for schools and have chosen that animation would be the best way to explain everyone, what is that exactly, what it does etc. I won\'t give any examples of animations that we have found on the web in style what we like, just not to give out any expectations. We would like to see some examples from You, what animations You have created. We\'ll check every candidates work and chose what will seem the best fit for us and the feeling in witch direction we\'d like to go. If a freelancer shares interest in the subject as well, that would be great. Time to create - no more than a month. Note - we come from Latvia, animation voice over will be in Latvian but no worries about the language barrier, we\'ll translate the text obviously :)
