I need to model this in 3d (here is an image of 2): [login to view URL] As you can see, you place two of them together, bolt them together and they prevent the rotation of two objects. The peaks and valleys are identical so that they fit together perfectly. I will incorporate these into a bigger project. The model should not be an exact copy of these. I'd like ones that are 2.5" in diameter and have 20 ridges + 20 valleys. I will use these in a prototype I am making. First I will 3d print them as part of larger objects. Later I will cast/cut them in metal.

Hello! Years ago I built my own CAD library and it happens that I have a very similar washer. I can select the closest one, change it to fit your needs and export the result in STL format for 3D printing. Also if you change your mind, I could change the dimensions a few times without any extra costs. Have a nice day!
