pdf file doesn't open when pressing on collection view cell when i am using pager library (swift)

i used this [login to view URL] to have tabs on top, you will find a screenshot of what i have right now. what i wanna do is when you press on the cell it should open a pdf file but when i press on the cell nothing happens right now.
