Advanced SVG expert required for custom SVG programming

Hi, I'm looking for a programmer who is an expert in SVG. I'm developing a script to generate thousands of custom t-shirt designs based off a master template file. The template file has a variable set that is replaced with data from mysql. All this is easy for me. No problem... I'm stuck on the SVG path/transform functionality... Here are the 2 problems I need solved... First. Look at the attached example. This is an example output file that we are trying to generate. #1. I need to be able to generate a path/shape from my variable text on the fly in my script for all the school names in my database. I'm talking about the word "IRVINE" in my example. I did the attached example in Inkscape using the "Bezier Envelope Extension". Watch this video to see what I did... [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] I'm hoping we can do this in PHP, python and/or using the Inkscape command line tool. #2. Great! We figured out how to do #1... Now that we have our new path/shape... We now need to scale it to fit an exact size within our graphic. You can see this done here...
