We are looking for the perfect person to help manage our office whether we are in town or not. Will talk with vendors and enter data into spreadsheets so must be familiar with Microsoft Excel... Our office manager will work 6 hours/week. He or she must be able to work these 6 hours/week between the hours of 8am-1pm, preferably 2-3 days/week. For example, the office manager could work two days a week for 6 hrs/day, or 3 days/week for 4 hrs/day.

Our office manager will be responsible for:

• banking

• mail, Fed Ex, UPS packages

• accounts payable

• assisting with travel

• website updates

Our office manager will have strong computer skills and strong critical thinking skills. Our office manager will work extremely well independently, strive to support our office objectives, and be very compatible with our sales team.
