I joined Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) and I am looking for some help with my Executive Director Candidate speech.
Basically I need a 3-5 minute speech about How I am a Leader, and what I can bring PTK. Obviously my military experience shines through with leadership, fellowship and service, and my grades and love of knowledge go with scholarship.
PTK Mission Statement - “The mission of Phi Theta Kappa is to recognize academic achievement of college students and to provide opportunities for them to grow as scholars and leaders.”
The four hallmarks of PTK is scholarship, leadership, fellowship, and service.
Currently, I have a 3.77 GPA, and I am taking 7 classes (19 credits) this semester, and I have already regisered for 16 credits in the summer.
I spent quite a few years as a combat medic for the US Marine Corps. I am an honorably discharged, disabled veteran and look forward to
being accepted into the Physician Assistant program.
