I've been working a lot designing Android interfaces with containers (such as a list of products). I already built applications that integrate web services in order to communicate with MySQL database and I think I can get this project done fast and user friendly. We can start by deciding the design and after that go to the step of functionalities. If there are a lot of products in the database, the most efficient way is requesting data asynchronously (while user is already using the app, so it won't have to wait). Requesting data each time the application starts can be annoying for users so I recommend implementing a local database as well and using a listener, updating the products only when there is a need. (changes) I also have knowledge of photoshop so I can take care of the design elements as well. Contact me if you would like to get this application done fast and working perfectly.
