Web Scrapping - Betting Odds For Comparison

Hi there,
I am wanting to have a programme (and the source code, not an executable) written in vba/excel or R which compares betting odds that appear in [login to view URL] and what the odds are for the same market at pinnacle sports to find arbitrage and middling opportunities. I would like this to be continuous and be seen on a screen.
At this stage I am just trying to get an idea of cost also I have tried to have this done before and basically had my money taken from me and so I will be strict on payment if I do get someone to do it (sorry)
