Visual Studio 2017 - Correct Form for centering & Play .MPG files

I have a Visual Studio 2017 application that uses VB. I have a main page that has the start up screen that is not centered and is out of margins on a dual screen monitor setup. It will be simple for a VS 2017 expert to center the form and make it display 800 x 600 center on one display. Also I have one instructions page that plays 4 .mpg files. The form has Windows Media player embeded, but will not play the .mpg files. Just need an expert to look at this and see if they can make the .mpg files play embeded. This application is 98% completed and has worked on VS 2010 with no issues. This is a very small project for an expert and should be completed within an hour or less. If you have the skills for this project I would love to hear from you.
