Using the 2 X-rays from the Kennedy Autopsy and Mesh Cutting Draw a Line and Remove Bone from 3D Cranium

Please take a look at the contents of this Google Drive and the video by doctor Peter Cummings: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] In short, I need to replicate the work done by those Boston University researchers: using the 2 X-rays from the Kennedy autopsy, extract a 3D model. You will provide a tool based on Python-Blender to perform mesh cutting. You will use OpenCV to extract the injury boundary from the 2 x-rays. We expect to receive full source code and partial deliveries on demand. You may make a bid for $750. Please split it on several milestones: for example, 2 milestones of $375 each, or whatever breakdown you wish. There is no deadline for this project. If you do a good job, I may persuade my sponsors (C.A.P.A.) to retain your services.
