I'm looking for a custom web scraper to collect data from the Australian real estate web site: www.domain.com.au. I currently have an application called WebHarvy performing this service and an example of the output is attached. The program will be running on an AWS EC2 virtual server (likely Windows roll-out but I'm open to Linux distro.). I don't have a preference with regard to the language used. Issues that I have with the current set-up and want to avoid with this development include: 1. Constant memory leakage when doing large scrapes. Needs to have great memory management. 2. I need the ability to detect when a result has been previously scraped, but check for price change and re-scrape / skip result accordingly. 3. I would like to run at least 1 instance of this program constantly on the server, effectively keeping a live, local copy of the information. Due to the overall number of pages being scraped, there will likely be a number of servers running the program scraping different criteria, e.g. different cities and the ability to set starting criteria would be essential (e.g. Houses, to buy, in New South Wales). I am certainly open for any other ideas or recommendations in this regard. BUDGET FLEXIBLE
