I need a Windows program written in CSharp. The program will be used to register a number of PowerShell scripts. Typical the user will create a New entry where he register Title, Date (generated by software), Icon 8graphics), Sort order (int) that will be used to sort the list over registered scripts and finally the script itself. By script i mean the content of a text file into a text Field. All scripts registered in the system will then be shown as icons in the program window. When user click one the system creates a [login to view URL] file in a subfolder to where the program runs and then execute the script using PowerShell. This subfolder can have the name PSSC. When done, i want full Source code and all rights to the code.

In my understanding, you need a C# application which will have an icon on desktop. Once this icon clicked it will create a .ps file, and then run this .ps file. Is it correct? What is the content of .ps file? I mean what command you need to include within?
