Experienced software developer in multiple scripting languages like Shell Script, Perl and Python. I have 2 years 8 months of experience in perl scripting.

A Perl Library will be delivered with an OO interface which will allow the parching the log file. I need also the maximum size of the input log files and some details about the machine that you are going to execute it against e.g. architecture and processor. I need also information on the distribution of Perl that is going to be used for the simple reason that I need to provide you with instructions on the extra Libraries from CPAN that you need to download. It might take extra time for me to prepare the documentation and test the installation of the library and the version of Perl that will work. It will take time, but if you provide more projects in the future then I can reuse the environment in the future.
