Hello, I'm more realistic here than most, I believe. I'm going to be bluntly honest here. For one, there is no way anyone could reasonably bid on a project like this, without seeing or knowing about the original program. And two, there are a number of ways to get old programs to run on Windows 10.. even when they require an older version of Windows. Yes, I'm saying here that you can emulate a win 7 or winXP environment on Windows 10. In other words, I believe you are trying to solve a problem by throwing a lot of money at it, instead of using built-in features of Win10 that would do just as well. But again, there is no way I could tell for sure anything... unless I were to see and know of the program that you're having an issue with. Let me know if I can help you further, -Logan
