Mouse Driver & Firmware Development Based On Technical Specification

I am looking into a low level programmer who can write a driver for a computer mouse. We are using these sensors: PMW3310, PMW3360/3368 and I have the technical document with which sensors to write to in the SROM. I would like to know your price estimation for this. I am also attaching a basic datasheet for PMW3310 sensor as an example for you to show what you will be dealing with. A few things needed: Signed by Windows or accepted as a regular program (maybe called verified now) Visual interface in Windows to change the mouse settings (I can provide the background design work, all I need from you is drop down/slider setting dialogs put in) Mouse will be connected through USB interface We can provide the document with registers and settings and the programmer should just transfer those setting to a easy to use way in Windows to adjust the registers. Extra bonus is we can write to the SROM the settings and adjust as the user prefers.
