Hello, I can provide you with an app that works both on linux and windows (same code but will be compiled with different options for linux or windows) the protocol definition will be data driven, so you can just copy the template i provide(just a json or text file0 if you have a new protocol put the new file in the data folder, and the app will use it, no change in code should be needed. There is the option to use C++ or python for this to have most modular and easier to maintain code. Of course you only pay upon job completion. Contact me back if interested.
