EntityFramework/Postgres ASPNet Core project: design review and optimization -- 2

Hello, we are C# and .NET stack experts. We have extensive knowledge and experience with Entity Framework and Postgres. We have very solid experience and background in this tech stack (for example our CEO has been working with it for around 12 years).
