We need a sample for a Delphi XE (any version) 32Bit ISAPI-DLL (IIS 10) to deliver inifinite jpeg images to a WEB-client as a result of a client request. The sample may create JPEG-images internally and displays timestamps on it.
A client request sample: ../teststream?framerate=20 -> 20 frames per second
