The purpose of this project is to provide real-time 3rd party vendor pricing from a maintainable database via web services. The system will support back-office functions for price data import and maintenance, and document the web service parameters and the APIs necessary to interface with our appraisal pricing database. The back-office will include a portal for the system administrator to add users, create products, and configure the basic operations. The back-office will also include a portal for 3rd party vendors to load their pricing data into the system in a practical way. The system will provide a portal for customers to approve vendor pricing and the criteria for fee selection.
*** Microsoft Technologies preferred for this solution as we have only Windows Servers available. If you would like to use Amazon AWS or other services based architecture that will work also since we don't need to purchase a new server to implement the solution.
