Building Windows QT .exe Cryptocurrency GUI wallet

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Linux using C or C++. We have created a new cryptocurrency, forked off of Litecoin 0.8. The command-line version of the wallet works, but and now we need a developer to help us get the Qt wallets built in Windows. We are NOT looking for someone to just compile the and link the wallet once on their own machine, but to give us a script/written instructions that will reliably work so we can do it in our development environment every time we update the atlcoin's codebase. In addition, we want you to give us a script/written instructions to install on a freshly created Windows 7 machine all the dev tools, library dependencies and anything else needed to build the wallet. (We are linux developers and are not that familiar with the dev environment for Windows. ) Once we accept your bid, we will send you the source code, but it will be similar to this repository: [url removed, login to view] . There is significant follow-on work available as well (see below for some examples).
[OPTIONAL ITEM 1] If you can do the above for OS X as well, we can add an additional milestone with additional payment for that.
[OPTIONAL ITEM 2] There is also an opportunity for you to get more deeply involved in our project and to become our lead developer. I can't say too much on this public site, but our altcoin will offer new, high-impact features at both a technological and social level. Beyond the immediate task above, we are looking for a dev who can help us with some of the day-to-day changes that are coming up. It would be great to find someone who could quickly take over all development on the coin.
