Betfair Live Feeds retreival

I need someone to get and parse the Betfair Historical feeds(json) for me according to the specifications and requirements provided by me. The requirements will be provided once the candidate is shortlisted and NDA signed. The candidate should be able to suggest the database(relational, nosql etc), computation methods(pandas, stata etc) for calculations over the dataset. It will be a long term project and involves parsing, storing, retrieving, processing and displaying the concluded result. Knowledge of python is recommended. Attached is a sample file for the dataset. The downloaded dataset will be scattered over different folders and the candidate needs to look through each folder and parse the data automatically. Candidates from Europe, USA and UK are preferred due to legality terms with Betfair.
