I need a programmer to write an application to work on Windows [login to view URL] application would be able to auto and manually update bios of GPUs and and bios of mother [login to view URL] application must also be able to download file(s) uploaded to the program at predefined schedule or date. The program also be able to awaken (start) pcs on the same network. The program server may work on a seleceted pc or cloud. Payment: 1. 0 % for start the project 2. 10 % for design approval 3. 35 % for all development finish 4. 65 % for all bug resolve and website live on your domain and server and delivery all work and code
