Tech VA / Marketing Assistant

The ideal candidate is a strong executor with a mind for attention to detail, and timelines and is resourceful. You will work directly with the CEO to alleviate some creative marketing strategies and help to move projects forward consistently. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Creating Canva graphics such as social media, slide decks, guides, etc * Assisting with monthly webinars, challenges, and live promotions. * Create, update and maintain landing pages for options, sales pages, and promotional events. * Creating email automation and funnels * Assembling social captions, newsletters, workbook copy, etc. * Engage in social media platforms * Facebook community management - manage our free and paid groups, screening members, and posting announcements in the group. * Coordinate marketing projects with other vendors when needed, for example, finding copywriters, video editors, etc, to help with special projects. * Assisting the CEO with other various implementation tasks as related to creation/maintenance of visibility projects.
