We are looking for an experienced, organized and self-directed Social Media Manager to join the NOQ team for a 4-6 week project (possibility to extend further).
NOQ Events Ltd is a small start up with a big vision. We have created a propriety app that allows customers to pre-order and pre-pay for food and drinks at events.
As a member of the team, you will manage the progression and development of NOQ's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) by defining the strategy, operations, and execution for the brand across all social channels, working under the guidance of the executive team. You must have experience with Graphic Design and relevant programs in order to create organic content to push throughout the social platforms.

Develop a social media content plan and strategy for both organic and sponsored content, that are consistent with the company’s brand identity
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform (FB, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to increase the visibility of company’s social content
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
Producing content to be posted online: create innovative and fresh content, using graphic design tools and staying in line with company brand strategy
Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns
Increasing traffic and appealing to target audiences
Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner
Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results
Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media
3+ years’ experience in Graphic Designer with the relevant Adobe Suite skills (Photoshop, InDesign)
Social media experience including planning, creating and managing content
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Available to connect with the NOQ executive team for 1 hour on the weekends – time to be determined
Ability to manage time well whilst working remotely
