Community management and PR in Japan

Hi! We are international startup team and we're making decentralized REPO service for token exchange. That would be cryptocurrency loan tool is being developed to help exchange crypto assets for all ERC20 tokens. Members of this service environment will have an opportunity to lend or borrow digital assets without selling them. One of the priorities for our team is the development and implementation of SAAS applications for businesses. In a nutshell, we are making Bloomberg-like service for cryptocurrencies enabling people to short them without risks or high commissions, use case can look like this: //You borrow some tokens (let's say 100 ETH) from me cause you want to short them and return me my ETH with some small commission (let's say we agreed that you borrowed 100 ETH for 3 days and will return 100.1 ETH) For moment of this deal, 100 ETH you want to borrow equals, let's say $30.000. So you give me back (as collateral) other tokens - Ripple, Monero, Golem, etc. in total cost $40.000 (something more than 30.000), so if you will run away with my ETH, I'll be ok with that cause I would have full right to keep your collateral to me Then we put all of these conditions in a smart contract: amount, commission, due date, collateral, etc. Smart contract resolves, gives you my ETH and me your collateral. When contract expired it check if your wallet has 100.01 ETH. If yes - it swaps them back. If not - I keep your collateral. That's it) That was one simple use case// Now, who we need for this project: we need community/PR manager in Japan to help us support this project: local boards, local messengers and chats: posting, answering, maintaining service pages, translation services, etc. PR scope: working with media, publications, working with community leaders.
