Custom COD Payment method for Shopify Website

Hello, I am not saying that you are wrong, I have understood you want some assurance for your product or delivery. But as you know some people do not think the online payment is safe for their bank accounts or for any fraud and if someone is selecting the COD method then why he/she would add their card details. If the user does not want to make online payment then why would he pay upfront some percent if the payment? I think that It'd not be a good idea for the business. I hope you understand.
